Membership

The League of Women Voters is open to all citizens (women and men alike) who are 18 or older. Please print and complete the membership application form and mail it to us. The mailing address is shown on the form. (You will need Acrobat Reader to read and print the file.) If you cannot download the form and would like it sent to you in word, or prefer having the form mailed to you, please send your mailing address to lwv_bvilleok@yahoo.com , or contact Dortha Dunlap at 918-333-1427.

You automatically become a member of the LWV of Oklahoma and the LWV of the United States when you become a member of Bartlesville LWV. Dues include a subscription to Bartlesville Voter, a local LWV newsletter that is published about 8 times a year, the Oklahoma Voter 2 times a year and the quarterly magazine National Voter.

If you prefer supporting us financially without joining the organization, we appreciate your contribution. Please print and complete the Contribution Form, and mail to us. The mailing address is shown on the form. You will need Acrobat Reader to read and print the file.

If you are an employee of ConocoPhillips or a retiree of ConocoPhillips, they have two ways to help you fund your favorite 501(c)3. The LWV Education Fund is eligible for this 501(c)3 status donation. You can make your donation count for more.

A matching grant to 501(c)3s for employees (up to $15,000) and retirees (up to $7,500).  Employee must give money through the online  process at www.cybergrants.com/conocophillips/donor.  You can call ConocoPhillips at  661-4839 with your questions.

Employee Volunteer Grant “Dollars for Hours”: ConocoPhillips will donate $500.00 for every 20 hours an employee or retiree volunteers with an eligible non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
